When it leaves us

Orders placed on a working day are packed and handed to the carrier within 24 hours. Orders placed at the weekend go out on Monday.

How long it takes

Delivery normally runs 7–14 working days depending on where you are. Customs checks and peak season can add a few days — we will tell you if anything stalls.

Cost

Shipping is free worldwide on every order. No minimum, no threshold to hit.

Tracking

A tracking link lands in your inbox the moment the parcel leaves us. If it has not arrived within two working days of your order, check the spam folder, then email us.

Wrong address

Tell us within a couple of hours of ordering and we can usually still fix it. After the parcel ships the address is locked and the carrier decides.

Lost parcels

If tracking has not moved for ten working days, contact admin@rhykin.store and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement.

Duties and import taxes, where a country charges them, are the buyer’s responsibility.
