Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of rhykin.store, operated by PAMHUN LLC. Placing an order means you accept them.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send the confirmation email. We can decline an order — for example if stock has run out or we spot a pricing error — and you get a full refund if we do.
Prices
Prices are shown in the currency of the shop and include our shipping cost. Import duties, where your country charges them, are yours to pay. We can change prices at any time; the price you saw at checkout is the price you pay.
Products
We describe every product as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative and colours vary between screens. Specifications can change as a product is improved.
What our products are for
Everything we sell is pet care equipment for everyday use at home. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice, and none of it replaces a visit to a vet. If your pet is unwell, see a vet.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if someone else gets into your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.
Our content
The text, photographs and design on this site belong to us. Use them elsewhere only with our written permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights your local consumer law gives you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
