What it is
What it is
FreshFlow™ is a 304 medical-grade stainless steel dog fountain with a three-stage filter. Moving water keeps dogs coming back — owners report 3x more drinking. Stage one screens hair and debris, stage two takes out chlorine and odour, stage three softens the water and cuts heavy metals. The motor is near-silent and the bowl goes in the dishwasher. Pick 3.2L or 7L, wired or wireless.
Getting it running
Getting it running
Drop the filter in. Fill the bowl. Plug it in, or charge it and switch it on. That is the whole job — under two minutes. Change filters every 4–8 weeks. Once a week give it a rinse and a wipe; the steel bowl can go in the dishwasher.
Which size
Which size
3.2L suits dogs up to 50 lbs — 23.5 x 10 cm / 9.25 x 4 in. 7L suits dogs over 50 lbs or homes with more than one pet — 31.5 x 12.5 cm / 12.5 x 5 in. Torn between them? Take the 7L. More water means fewer refills and enough to last the whole day.
Wired or wireless
Wired or wireless
Wired plugs in over USB and runs non-stop — best if there is an outlet nearby. Wireless recharges and goes anywhere, lasting 7–12 days per charge, with three modes: motion sensor (starts as your dog approaches), interval (a spell every 15 minutes) and constant. Unsure? Wireless still plugs in on the days you want it running non-stop.

Wired vs Wireless
Both run the same three-stage filter and the same 304 stainless bowl. The only difference is how they get their power.
Wired
Plugs in over USB and keeps flowing around the clock. Set it down once and forget about it. Best when there is an outlet near the spot your dog already drinks.
Wireless
Rechargeable, so it goes wherever you want it — no cord across the kitchen floor. One charge lasts 7–12 days. Three modes to pick from:
- Motion sensor — water starts flowing when your dog walks up.
- Interval — runs for a spell every 15 minutes on its own.
- Constant — same as wired, once you plug it in.
Not sure? Take the wireless. You get the freedom to move it anywhere, and it still plugs in on the days you want constant flow.

What Dog Owners Are Saying
81,916 dog owners and counting.
Moving Water Pulls Them In
Dogs go for water that moves — it reads as fresh to them, the same way a running tap does. Most owners spot the change inside 48 hours.
Enough Water, Every Day
Most dogs simply drink less than they should. A bowl sits still and goes flat; a fountain keeps them topping up through the day without you having to think about it.
Nowhere for Slime to Sit
Stainless steel does not scratch. No scratches means no grooves for biofilm to settle into — which is exactly where the pink film on a plastic bowl comes from.
The filter stack
Three Layers. One Job.
Each stage catches what the one before it cannot. By the time water reaches the spout, three things have already happened to it.
